Alright, so i got a new Apple laptop a few months ago and i think it's pretty great. So i wanted to know why some of you think that Apple isn't all that good and why Windows is.

Eh, I'm pretty impartial on this. I don't use Mac OS at home because their computers are so damn expensive, but I use it at school sometimes. I like both. Windows for gaming.

Never used a mac computer. I've used like an Ipad but I didn't care for them.

I've got a Macbook Pro, Macbook, an iBook G4, PowerMac G5 Desktop, iPhone 4S, iPad, iPod touch 4th gen, iPod touch 3rd gen, and, eh iPod touch 1st gen. sexy beast 1st gen.
As though I was a PC user and have had over, 6 PC's and both under 4GB RAM, and under the PC specs of a dual core processor, My mac beats them, regardless of specs, my Macbook from '06 turns on and runs faster than my Macbook Pro from 2012. Etc,
Software wise there arent' many programs that are on PC for Mac, but theres more appearing than years ago, also there are also Alternatives such as FRAPS for PC alternative is Quicktime, etc.
It's usually GUI matter for most people that just want a mac but for CPU power, i guess they are OK. I get better FPS on Minecraft with my Mac than my PC with similar specs.
Your choice.

From the gamer point of view, Windows is better. Simply because with MAC's, you cannot customize the hardware, like you can with Windows computers. Customization is key for most people, but i guess the processing power might be greater, and the GUI might look better. But if I wanted all that, I could get that with Linux. That's free.

Lets put it this way both companies are great. Just when purchasing a Mac, you're going to pay double the cost for the same specs on a Windows computer.
