You know, CurryMonster always reminded me of Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw. I think I may have mentioned it to him at some point and he just brushed it off, but all of his jabs and wit seemed almost identical.
Personally, I agree with the "Everyone grew up." I discovered this site back in Middle School and was addicted to the pokemon boards, RP boards, Forum Games, and everything else. I thought I was super important when I became a moderator. As I got older, it all just seemed to lose importance, and as people began to leave, I saw little point in posting. I still hang around in the RP forum, but that's it. Honestly, the forum I'm most active on is the League of Legends forums, and while active, most people on those boards are pricks.
Now I'm in college. I've seen my childhood slowly get choked out before me from the death of Toonami (Yes I know it's back but that's besides the point) to the crapification of Nickelodeon and Cartoonnetwork to this place. As much as I hate it, I had to grow up. Now, my friends will scoff at that claim, but I do, and I have. This place just doesn't hold much appeal anymore, especially with how dead it has become.
Wanna listen to me rant about stuff? I started a blog!
