It's been ages since we have run a Most Valuable Player (MVP) award on our website, but we think now is a great time to roll it out again along with a top prize of a $100 Amazon.com (or paypal transfer) to whoever we deem to be the MVP of our website during December 2013.
As usual, what we are looking for is the BEST OVERALL ALL-ROUND contributors - not necessarily highest point scorer! The final decision as to who this is will be made by me during January 2014 and the winner will get a $100 Amazon.com Voucher.
2nd place will receive a $50 for Amazon.com, and 3rd place will receive also a $50 voucher for Amazon.com
Ways you can contribute and stand out:
1) Make original submissions, whether these are cheats, hints, review videos, walkthroughs etc... Make them original and useful, and also the more popular game the better as it will be more useful to more people.
2) Answer loads of questions - it doesn't matter if they've already been answered or are old, just put your own original answer down too - just make sure you don't copy what is already there - or just repeat an existing answer.
3) Make some comments
4) Thumbs Ups and Downs, if you know a cheat works or doesn't then use the thumbs system, yes you do get points for these too.
5) Wikis! - Our new feature, adding Wiki pages or editing existing ones can get you a ton of points and will be helpful in the decision making process when it comes to selecting a MVP winner.
6) Forums - Create some interesting threads to stimulate some forum activity
