About a week ago I was reading through the Looking For New Staff thread and saw a good idea, Moderators for the Q&A section. I see so many pointless questions when I go through the unanswered questions. Seeing as there are 0 Mods, my suggestion is that we have 1 or 2 Mods that are only Mods in the Q&A section.
If Rich, or any other Admin is reading this, this is only a suggestion, but if you think it is/isn't a good idea, reply here.

If anyone were to get the ability to accept submissions/moderate them, it would be the current administration and possibly the SMod team. Reason being is that the only two people who have ever been over submissions of any kind are the two root admins Rich and Dennis. As the database/guides/questions sections of the site are the biggest concern, I can't see a mod spot being added just for them due to trust issues and quality control.

^Exactly. The staff that you see on the forums (Me, Crossy, tegan, Craizen, stormform, CrypticWizard, and now Warrior) deal with exactly that - the forums. We have absolutely no power outside the forums and teams. We just have a slightly easier time of getting into contact with Rich.
Rich, Dennis (Sanzano), though he hasn't been around, and Mark (testuser) are the only ones who can fiddle with the main site. That's how it's always been and honestly I don't see it changing.
I do think it's a good idea, by the way. There's a lot of terrible/unrelated questions that get put through and it'd be good to have someone trustworthy prune them so Rich doesn't have to do it on a case-by-case basis.

Most likely. I'm sure somebody does. But you've got to admit a ton of bad ones get through. There's just too much for one person to read them all.
