I'm not surprised you couldn't find that one. They are an indie band, not mainstream, so their music is hard to come by on the internet. They do have one studio album, though, so they do count as a real band.

Before we go on, we need to establish some rules. Here are my suggestions:

Any band or artist, any song from any source is allowed.
If the song has covers, any artist who has covered the song can be considered correct (I think we already established this)
Only the first person to get the right answer gets to post the next song.
If all players give up, or there is no answer within one week, then the person who posted the last song gets to posts the next one. Or they can pass their turn to another player if they choose.

If yo have any additional rules, or wish to change any of the above rules, let me know via PM and we can discuss it. Once we have rules that we all agree on, then the game can continue.

If the above rules are acceptable, then I am passing my turn to danielroxheaps.

OK, you've finally stumped me.

I guess it was kind of mean of me to do that. The song was only recorded by a high-school "band" from New Zealand. They haven't made any more songs and that song wasn't actually released, only on one compilation album sold only in New Zealand and some Asian countries. The song was from a group called The Relaxomatic Project. The song was called Every Day There's Something. I actually manually typed out the lyrics.

I thoght we established the rule that you can only post a new song if you got the last one right. You didn't get mine.

It was Rising Up by The New Era. No lyrics by that band are available online, which is why I said no Googling.
