talk about life (or games)

Well my life is up and down survived a tornado in a trailer broke my wrist and had to get stitches and staples but after my life got settled BTW they found a lot if stuff but the only working game was my faithful 3ds still going but also got a new tablet and new Xbox with minecraft halo 4 and sonic generations also my mom and dad got divorced and my best friend is gone for the rest of the summer so that's what has been happening in my life how about u

Wow that's a lot. I've been playing Xbox Live lately. My sister's getting married in 20 days and then she's moving to Pensacola. I have a busy summer.

Sorry about your luck, dude. That stuff sounds rough. My life's been alright recently, I'm home for the summer just chillin. Starting to get a bit bored and a touch lonely, though. Most of my friends are either still in school, work full time, or live too far away to see.

Well my life is hectic between the last completely useless days of school and work I really haven't had much time for fun. I'll be graduating this Friday though and then directly after that I am driving up to Ohio to go to a good friend of mine's graduation and celebrating with him. After that I got college orientation for 2 days and then summer starts.

Lately, I've been very busy or doing nothing at all. Some days are hectic, while others are full of nothing to do. I'm finalizing all my college stuff as of late. I start in fall (Orientation is during the third week of August). Just have to get my on campus living arrangements finalized. From July 2 through July 13, I'll be on Vacation in Iowa. The whole trip is set. It's really what I've been looking forward to for a while now.

You guys keep saying hectic. I've been either busy or not doing anything.

Hectic is what it is.
Thursday I get to take two finals one for Latin 2 and the other for Pre-Calc. Stuck in school all day Thursday. Funny thing is the finals are completely pointless. They won't affect our GPA and provided our grades are high enough they won't affect whether we pass or not. For instance I can get 0% on both my finals and still pass both classes. Finals are worth 10% of our grade so in regards to Latin 2 getting a 0% on the final will still result in me having an 86% in the class and for Pre-Calc I will have a 93% (extra credit has me sitting at 103% right now.)
I don't understand why they make us take finals anyways. People can fail the final, which is supposed to test if you understand the material taught in the course, and still pass the class or ace the final but still have to re-take the class.
Stupid...

How are finals only 10%? My pre-calc final in high school was 30% :(

Adam: I feel the same way. I don't know if it was as low as 10%, but pretty close. I think finals only counted for 15%-20% when I was in high school.

Well tonight I grilled chicken and potatoes.

Just got done with a three day college orientation. It was a lot more fun than I thought it would be, aside from the informational parts of it, because there were about 200 other incoming freshmen there and we got an idea of college life. It was also quite fun because of the freedom we were given, which is a first. On a related note after it was over I had to check my account with all my money in it for paying for college, which only I have access to, and was supposed to set it up and put a little money in it. Apparently I already have 25k in there and I have no idea where it came from.

Don't ask, just withdrawal.

Interest... as long as the rate isn't too high and/or it isn't added on to often I think I can deal with that. I mentioned the job I got a while back with Vector and that has been going well. I just wish summer was longer. School got in the way and I pretty much lost all of June. July is going to suck, going to be living for my job. The good news is I am making money, the bad news is that college is expensive. Even just two years is going to kill my wallet. Good news is after that I am transferring out. Penn State is where I will finish up, much cheaper.
