Uh have you ever taken a business course? Or know anything about what we are talking about lol?
1. Private vs Public means privately sector (owned by people) or public sector (owned by the government [in this case, it can also have to do with publicly traded stock but we don't need to go into that]). The first amendment protects freedom of speech from being censored by the American government. A privately owned website can say what is not allowed to be posted and delete posts accordingly. 2. Your example has absolutely nothing to do with this scenario. 2a. How could you possibly have come to the conclusion that I said a country classification had anything to with public vs. private. "What country a business is" means what country the business is located in. Since I do not believe Supercheats.com is an American business, it is not mandated to follow the American constitution.
lol why am i wasting my time on this? like honestly if you are so oblivious to something so obvious as this...
xeta actually makes a lot of sense most of the time
if everyone agreed with him more often we wouldnt have this problem
That argument is irreverent. You clearly lack the fundamentals between knowing what is private and public owned. Here let me break it down for you.
Private = Membership in order to get full content. Public = Anyone and everything is viewable.
If we are using a business example, you should note that the internet is a public good, and was developed by the government. Therefore I can say the government owns everything because you're using a goverment item. Why do you think there is laws in using computers for things; such as, dos, and spam?
