Should Warrior13 become an SC "LEGEND"?

Alright:

Nikki you believed I should've won the MVP. You also believed danielroxheaps should've gotten 3rd.

Aeon you believed I should've won MVP.

I believed [member A] (Warrior) should've won the MVP.

The results were that danielroxheaps won MVP and me and Warrior tied it at 2nd, when in reality Warrior worked harder for it.

You have to look at quality as well Matt. Not saying anything bad, but he likely got more points which is probably how they decided. Again I'm not saying anything negative. Just think that's probably how it was decided in the end.

I'm pretty sure Rich said it's not about the points once before, and that it's about quality, not quantity. Dan answered a lot of questions and made a few wiki pages, but all of his 300+ questions were already answered ones, and his wikis weren't as long as Warrior's and mine. Me and Warrior only answered unanswered questions.

You can imagine why Warrior was outraged about it. He had ultimately done a better job and to see a new member in his first month of SC come in and stop your goal of claiming your 5th MVP (a member record), he wouldn't have been very happy.

Fair enough, you'd think answer unanswered questions is better. That's all I answer.

I only ever answered questions that had answers if I could add to it or the answer was crappy or was unreadable.

I would try looking at already answered questions in case they have one basic answer but the person who asked it would be long gone. That's why I'm really keen on a feature where you get a notification either here on SC or by email (optional) that lets you know within minutes of it being asked that there is a new question for a game played/currently played by you. Then I could actually be helpful.

I look at the recently added questions or games I play. Click the check box for unanswered questions.

What and where is the check box?

Have you ever ventured to the Help a gamer page? It's extremely helpful.

Oh that place fools you actually. Most of the questions they give you have already been answered.

If you just click searching a game console... type in the game name, it loads a list if there are multiple games. The highlighted one's are unanswered questions. Says how many there is too. If it doesn't have unanswered questions, you can't click it. But I could be wrong.

Yup, Matt you might have answered a question and someone did the same either behind you or before you and it just updated at the same time. I have 56 submissions awaiting approval. lol

Firstly in Help A Gamer there is only a box you tick for questions I haven't answered. These questions will include mostly already answered questions, with very few unanswered ones. There is no way to tell the difference.

Secondly, why does it matter whether someone has answered a question at the same time as me?

... Just a refresher for you, I believe the game title Pok�mon Alpha Sapphire has more than 7 QUESTIONS... It's only UNANSWERED questions.

For your second question, it doesn't matter. FYI(For your information), someone can answer a unanswered question the same as you. The system is NOT updated until the next day usually 3 - 5am My time. Whomever answered it first will get the points for 1st. You then my friend have answered a question someone else already answered without realizing.

Lol, but you could be right Matt, I did dig deeper into the search last night. Didn't have a thought to come back here. Pok�mon Alpha Sapphire had 70 questions, said 4 was unanswered at the time. Maybe the system is delayed, nothing is perfect.

How does that automatically mean the system is delayed? 66 were probably already answered and 4 now.

Because the "help a gamer" page was showing 7. When I went to the game page, it was 4. 3 questions off. That's why I said it might be delayed, someone likely answered 3 questions... could have been me.

But aside from that, I think this thread has bottomed out.
