I thought it was Aeshma who banned everyone, I was always getting complaints about him. I wonder what he is doing now. All I know about him is he lived in Belgium and had a few personal problems and then one day he suddenly left after being on SuperCheats almost 24 hours a day.
That sounds like Youkou, they're not the same person with different accounts?!
I remember him saying he was leaving to get married and no one believed him as it was impossible to be online 24 hours a day and have a girlfriend surely
Thanx to Craizen for the sig, love ya babe, Hubby for the avi.
Aeshma was Youkou, apparently went thru a phase and made a new account... haven't heard or talk to him since he disappeared. He was a heavy hitter, dude was every where... still to this day I believe he was a bot. JK
Thanks for posting though guys! It's nice to see where a lot of you all are at nowadays (:
I was 13 when I joined the site, and I just turned 21 a few months ago. The hope is that in 2 years I'll get my BBA in Marketing, (will have to go 5 years, but oh well).
Main reason I wanted to post this though, it might seem a bit silly to you guys, but I really have to thank everyone who hung around the graphic section of the forums. Craiz, qwert, vasco, saphy; seriously, everyone that was around there REALLY helped me get where I'm at with the graphic design stuff. From the basic skills all the way to the passion I still have for it. Eight years later and I still get a bit giddy and light up like a little kid when I design.
When I got into college I looked for a campus job that was convenient and could help me pay off a bit for school. One thing lead to another and I ended up becoming the graphic designer for the athletic department on campus, so website graphics, banners, programs, t-shirts; a lot of stuff. I've been there for 3 years now, and I'm hoping to be there for another 2 and help as much as I can until I graduate.
Then just this summer I got an intern position with a very, very nice company in my area. 5,000+ employees, and the growth of the company over the past few years has been absolutely insane. "Graphic Design Intern." The experience already in the past month has been amazing, and with experience like this I'm sure more really great opportunities are going to open up for me in the future.
and I'm going to get a bit sappy here, but honestly? All of that is kind of thanks to you guys. I came to supercheats because I wanted to find cheats for The Urbz: Sims in the City, but stumbling across that graphics section here was really one of the best things to happen to me in that period of my life, and the people in that section really lit a fire in me when it comes to designing, and it never really stopped.
So thank you guys, SO much. Honestly, even if you guys think you didn't do much, trust me, you did without knowing it ;)
Much love guyz<3
Credit to .Impact for this good lookin' guy right here<3
lol I don't even remember why I joined SC. I did go on as a guest once or twice 5-10 years ago but didn't really have an interest to the site until 2014.
It's a shame I wasn't born 5 years earlier. Not bragging or being unrealistic, but I could've been one of SC's best submitters (that was when questions for games were actually asked regularly, and there were more Nintendo games being released). I'm stuck on 922 subs and there are maybe 20-30 questions (unanswered) combined that I could answer for all my games, however they are strange questions and half don't make sense.
This is where the new questions notification for games owned/currently playing would be such a great feature.
