Bout to get some protein in my system, fixin' some steaks!

I don't bother with any of that protein nonsense, all it does is give me smelly flatulence. I stick to real healthy food and plenty of water. I must admit I am a bit alarmed by the amount of teenagers I see down the gym these days that are obviously juiced up on steriods, makes me wonder if anyone has explained to them they will have testicles the size of peanuts if they keep injecting that garbage.

You think they would know that Dennis, I've heard it since I was a kid. No one I know close at least around here does it though. A lot of people around here do just like to workout and have little competitions all the time though.

Yeah that's something I'd never do. The enhancement isn't worth what it does to your body over time.

Haha, they might just disappear.

There is a lad near us that shoots steroids and if you look him the wrong way he starts shouting, if I ever decide to give him a booting in the testicles I will report back here about size XD

Oh my goodness. Sounds like he enjoys other things in spare time like people that live around me.

I have a needle phobia and drugs are for people that are broken.

About 5-10% of people in my year have taken/take drugs.

I was wondering the other day, chickens these days are injected with steroids to fatten them up. We then eat the chickens, does that mean we are putting steroids into our system unwittingly?

Probably not, otherwise there would've been enough complaints to stop it.

I know man, miss those days you, annefranman52, hatershateme, Aeshma(Youkou), Rooku, RJ Fighter, nintendo_dude(Volke), Vasco, gogobananas, Zelda Fan, I can go on, the list is many. Great times. Crazy when our generation died out here, everything went with us. lol

It is getting better though. Progress.

Watched a programme recently about sports drug abuse and how it's growing in the amature fields and gym body builder areas because it gotten so easy to get hold of the stuff and there are so many new / untested products on the market that haven't even been properly checked yet. No one know the long term effects of those. Plus scary stories of the people who started using steroids when they were new 15/20 years ago and are now suffering from liver failure and other problems and tests showing possible links to brain damage if used over a long period.

Its like smoking 30/ 40 years ago when the real serious impact of long term abuse started to become very apparent.

Lol you'd be surprised. Money talks. I could easily see big Corporations doing this, and just offering money to keep it underground.

With steroids, I see why people do them, but I look at as in cheating. Alot of people just don't want to put in the time for the results. Also as I said before alot fail to see the harm it does to your body overtime.
