I haven't played enough yet, but my best is a CP137 Staryu. I need to get with it.

My best by CP would be my Rhydon it is 2319.. my Snorlax is pretty tough but his Cp is only 1910.. haven't tried Lapras as mine just hatched like today

I have three 2800 CP Pokes: Gyarados, Rhydon, and Snorlax. I have a Perfect IV Vaporeon thats at 2700 right now.
