Don't be surprised if the Phins keep that one close. I'm not saying they win, but it's a short week on the road for the Ravens after a very exhaustive win.
You may be onto something Warrior13, especially if Tua comes back and plays, it could be one of those high scoring games that goes either way. I'm not brave enough to take them, even with Tua back and playing at home. I could change my mind nearer game time though once I look into it a bit more closely later on but at the moment I have the Ravens winning 31-27.
Cam Newton has signed for Carolina, have the Panthers moved on from Darnold already? They only gave the guy half a season. I personally thing Newton has nothing left and that will become evident in the next 2-3 games. He didn't look very good with the Patriots last year to be honest. He is just getting a psycheck for his past accomplishments.
Yeah, Darnold started off decent but the last 5 games or so he has been historically bad. Plus he had a couple seasons in New York where he was awful too.
I don't think Newton is much of an improvement at this point either but he's at least a fan favorite.
Dolphins looked better when Brisset was playing to be hones, Tua made a few throws that weren't even close. Miami defence won that game, they played well.
Looks like the L.A. Rams are going all in for the Super Bowl, they've just added Odell Beckham to their roster.
Stunning upset. And I say stunning, because Baltimore have been mediocre all season, yet escaped with several undeserved victories. Miami didn't give them a sniff. When up 15-3 and after Baltimore scored to bring it back to 15-10, Miami immediately scored a TD, and then intercepted Lamar to ice the game.
The defense has gone from one of the worst in the league, to one of the best in the league in the space of a few weeks. Looks like the coaches and players worked hard to fix whatever was the issue before.
Very glad Tua got to have some game time. We are 2-2 with Tua and 1-5 with Brisset, and those 2 losses were by 3 points and 2 points. There's a different aura around the offense when Tua is playing. 16 points in the 4th quarter in primetime when the game is on the line, is impressive.
Looking at our schedule, we play NY Jets, Carolina, NY Giants, & NY Jets again. We potentially could be 7-7 after starting 1-7. Missing out on our 1st round pick hurts, but the positive is that no one is thinking about tanking when the season is over. And given SF's 3-5 record and being stuck in the NFC West, we may not finish that far away from them.

Mike: If Tua had been named the starter, I would've went with the Phins. It didn't make sense to do so with Brissett. As Dennis said, he has declined since starting with Indy a couple of years back.
Dennis: I'm surprised Tua looked as good as he did. A jammed finer on your throwing hand can cause the ball to sail; I can only imagine what a broken finger can do to some balls. He had a few fly on him, but it wasn't bad at all. He nailed Waddle on a deep one and another guy on an even longer streak. You can't ask for much more than that.
Matt: Yep, which was the same logic why the Phins kept the 49ers Pick instead of giving it to Philly. Much easier schedule for the Phins. Waddle also seems to be on pace for 100 catches in his rookie year, and I think that was well worth moving up for.
Report is that Tua is the starter going forward, but his finger is still injured and that could effect things. Terrible for his confidence. I'm not sure what Flores is doing.
That's a very soft schedule for the Phins coming up but I feel the Jets and Giants are both trap teams.
If the defense plays like it did against the Ravens, the Phins should win all of them. Most are also at home for them, which helps because most teams are not used to playing in 80 degrees + 80 percent humidity in the winter. It had a lot of those Ravens huffing and puffing and dripping in sweat, and it should have similar effect with those other teams.
Now, even if they do win the next four, the final three is rough: @ Saints, @ Titans, vs Patriots. The Dolphins have to run the table to even have a shot at the playoffs. Anything can happen, but the final three probably will prevent it.
The only remaining game that is a likely loss is @ Tennessee. I still see us losing to NY Giants, New Orleans, & New England though. But there is hope for a good end to the season.

The way these upsets are happening in the AFC you have to give Miami a shot at a wild card, they don't have a first round pick so they may as well go for it. Even if it's just to evaluate Tua for next year.
All of a sudden the Bills look beatable and New England are only average at best. Everybody now knows if they use two safeties covering over the top passes the Chiefs potent offense is nullified. Pittsburgh blow hot and cold, the Ravens are a one man team and the Chargers are looking ordinary lately. If the Dolphins defense continues playing well and they reach the playoffs anything can happen, especially if Tua continues to improve.
Talk about freaky timing, Robert Woods the Rams wide reciever has a torn ACL and is out for the season. Odell Beckham suddenly becomes the starter.
Dang... Went with the Saints upset, and they lose by two after their kicker missed two extra points. They would've won by one if he had made both of those because they wouldn't have had to gone for two at the end of the game.
At least my Eagles upset came through.
But man, could've gained three on Matt last week but only got one, could've gained two on him today but went even. I don't think an epic comeback is written in the stars because of few of these teams.
The upsets keep coming, not sure how Washington beat the Bucs, I expected Brady to shred the secondary for about 5 Touchdowns and 500 yards. Don't know what to make of Cleveland, on paper they have one of the best teams in the league yet a rookie puts up nearly 50 points on them. Mayfield may not have a job at the end of the season...
