I'm pretty sure Warrior13 has won this competition, no way steelersrock01 and myself can catch him now. I would still like to come second though, I think I'm tied now in second place, so every game is crucial.

I still expected the Vikings to beat the Giants, the NFC East has to be the toughest division in the NFL. It sent three teams to the playoffs this year and could easily have been four. Makes you wonder how many teams outside the NFC East beat them. It couldn't have been a lot when you look at their records.

Yeah, I think Warrior's got it in the bag. Fun playing for second though.

Excited for the games this weekend, especially Dallas/SF.

Going with two dogs this week. Just a gut feeling. I am sure you guys can guess the two.

Are we gonna transition to our Draft Competition? If so, I will map out the dates and rules. I?ll also email Matt and harass him into participating. :P

I've got two as well. Maybe the same two?

Yeah, I'm down to do the draft thing again.

We usually think alike. lol

I got the Bengals and Cowboys. I cannot for the life of me say why, but going with my gut.

I just hope the Bears trade the pick before draft night. If they do not, it will mess up most Mock Drafts. Right now, I think the Colts will pull the trigger, but you never know. Whichever team does trade up to #1, it will be for Bryce Young. Of that, I am sure. If no one does, it means that these other teams like Levis or Stroud more and think they will fall to them.

Same actually. I'm really not seeing the Bengals as underdogs tbh.

I've done next to no research on this years draft class as always.

Definitely do the draft competition, I think I enjoy that more than the actual season competition. I hope Matt participates in the following season, just hope he is OK, I haven't seen him on the NFL thread for quite a while.

It's crazy that only three years ago the Bengals were the league laughingstock and the Eagles were looking to get rid of Jalen Hurts because he wasn't living up to expectations.

Those two underdog picks you have gone for have a good chance of coming through, the Bills have looked vulnerable and the 49rs can't expect the rookie Purdy to play like a seasoned veteran every week especially now in the playoffs.

Well, Eagles stomped the Giants as I think we all expected. I did expect it to be a little closer and Daniel Jones looked lost out there after he looked pretty decent for a good chunk of the season.

Bengals also "upset" the Bills. The defense just had no answer for the Bengals offense, and when Josh Allen can't get going the Bills struggle. The Bills are still contenders going into next year but I think they really need another weapon for Allen to throw to.

Leaning Chiefs in a revenge game against the Bengals.

How about you guys?

Kinda have to lean Chiefs by default but i'm a little worried about Mahomes mobility with that sprain.

I go Chiefs, although to be honest I would rather see the Bengals win. I just like Burrow more than I do Mahomes.

I'm hoping the 49rs beat the Eagles, not a fan of either team but if I had to watch a team in the Super Bowl out of those two it would be San Francisco and their skill players. I think the Eagles will win that game though, the 49rs can't keep relying on that rookie.

So to me it looks like a Chiefs vs Eagles Super Bowl, as you probably figured by now I don't particularly like either team so doubt I'll watch the game. I'm m

Just wondering, if steelersrock01 and myself both end up with the same points (both tied currently) how is a winner determined? Second place sounds a lot better than third, especially when the fourth position person didn't complete the season.

I'll definitely watch the SB no matter whos in it.

I think Yahoo uses the tiebreakers from each week to determine who wins that week, and probably uses whoever has more tiebreaker wins to determine. If we do tie I'm fine with calling it even though.

I'm OK too if we end up with the same scores after the Super Bowl steelersrock01. What I'm not good about is how Warrior13 beat me by so many points. I will have to study the games harder next year to make it more competitive. Warrior13 was able to coast from week 6 onwards, there was no pressure on him. Being forced into upset wins is not a good situation to be in.

I'm hearing Trey Lance may go for a third round pick. If the 49rs win Lance will definitely be shipped out of the bay area, San Francisco will have their new Joe Montana. What a great story, the last guy picked in the NFL draft quarterbacks his team to the Super Bowl, even after spending multiple number one picks to get a quarterback the year before.

Joe Burrow is quietly developing into the best quarterback in the NFL. Give that guy a top offensive unit to protect him and you have the next Tom Brady.

The Eagles have just blown away the 49rs, like I expected to be honest. Cincinnati against Kansas should be more interesting. I think the winner of that one takes home the Lombardi trophy. I don't rate the Eagles quarterback.

Sorry for not being active. Traveling.

I love how the three of us tied for the Playoffs. lol

Definitely rolling with the Chiefs for the Super Bowl. They need to get healthy, but they have two weeks to do so.

I am not fooled by the Eagles, have a look at the quarterbacks the team has had to face in the lead up to the Super Bowl, none of them were elite. The bookies are favoring Philadelphia, I personally think Mahomes will rip them apart. Something like 31-24 Chiefs, Mahomes, Burrow, and Allen are better than anything the NFC has to offer. Jalen Hurts is overated, does most of his damage scrambling.

Mel Kiper has put out his first mock draft, some interesting picks to say the least.

I'm not sure, I'm leaning towards Philly at this point. Best pass defense in the league and Chiefs WRs are nothing special.

Shame about that SF/Philly game though. I really thought that was going to be a great game.

KC/Cincy was a good game but some of the worst reffing I've ever seen, in both games actually. Bengals guy was an idiot to hit Mahomes out of bounds but earlier that drive the Chiefs got a completely free play. Just bizarre. Reffing in all the major sports leagues is a mess now and as online gambling gets more and more popular I'm not surprised people are questioning a bit.

Sad to see Brady retire. Surprising too. Really thought he would come back. Still think there is a shot that he would play for the 49ers if they come calling, but the odds are extremely slim. Incredible career, regardless.

Yeah. I think he was only going to go to a team that was a QB away from competing for a Super Bowl and there's really no opening for him. The Jets, I guess, if SF is out of the picture.

If I was John Lynch, I would call him up in a week or two. With Brady, the Niners would be Super Bowl Bound every last year he was with them.

Reports are saying he would only do Bucs or retire, but I think it would be fitting he finishes with his childhood team.

I will not believe Brady is retired for good until he signs a one day contract with the Pats.
