And definitely don't shoot to wound. If you shoot to wound and he lives you will be in court and it won't look good if you felt it necessary to use a lethal weapon to wound meaning you did not fear for your life enough to take proper action. I've heard of people getting longer sentences than the burglar plus fines! If he dies he does slowly and in a lot of pain. That kind of suffering looks bad to a jury. Also it's hard to aim for extremities when the adrenaline is pumping. Most trained people can't. You aim for center mass.

If he's wielding a knife no jury would convict if you shot someone who broke into your home and has a deadly weapon. Also no warning shots. You're responsible for every shot you fire. If you fire a warning shot and it hits some bystander you're going to jail. If you need to intimidate just pump your shotgun. That is the universal sound for GTFO.

Lol, so what you are saying is go and grab a gun that does not have sentimental value and **** it in a menacing kind of way and hope that the burglar is intimidated so much by the noise that they turn around and run away. You could save yourself a lot of explaining to the police if you did shoot the burglar by instead of calling them just bury the body in the back garden. Nobody will ever find them.

Yep a similar situation happened in a show once. A guy was attacking this girl in her house, her sister-in-law killed the guy with a wrench. They buried him under the house. She went mentally insane. A car crash lead to the discovery of the body. But nobody was arrested since one person found out after the sister-in-law died.

So my point is, kill them quitetly, bury them under the house, hope no-one crashes into your house. If they do then you need to kill yourself.

Or just kill the people who crashed into your house and bury them with the intruder. After all they're invading your privacy.

That's murder. Of innocent people. That's when you know you need lots of rehab and mental help.

But you'll be in prison rotting away so I doubt you'd get the help you'd need.

And it's not their fault that Carla tried to hit Tracy but missed and hit Kathy!
