The way I know that anything I receive about my Apple ID account is a scam is simple: I have Touch ID enabled on my iPhone so nobody can get into my account without my thumbprint. Also, the e-mail address where I receive these e-mails is not the one associated with my Apple account.
The one that makes me laugh the most is the one I keep getting that is supposedly from Bank Of America saying there is a problem with my account and I need to verify my information. I have never had an account with Bank Of America, so how could there be a problem with it? I also get something similar that is supposedly from PayPal but I don't have an account with them anymore either.

I created multiple email addresses so it's hard to track me. My online email is backed up by an email I don't use, which is backed up by an email I don't use etc etc until you get to my fake account I don't use.

I've had emails claimed they were going to send me an ATM MasterCard.
Funny thing is, they said there are scammers who lied to their victims pretending to be banks, lawyers, taxation officers, courier companies demanding delivery charges from their victims and nobody got anything.
Furthermore says he/she was a courier delivery agent himself/herself but wouldn't make that same mistake to deceive and promised instant delivery and me being rich, and also demanded delivery charges.
As if this isn't suspicious of being another terrible liar.
Nice try scammer, but you don't fool me that easy.

Perhaps if we can use fictional names on fictional email accounts the same way they use fictional names.
They request Western Union and Money Gram.
Think up a false MTCN so they can't receive money.
Make them look stupid and let them waste their time going to WU and MG only to find there is no money and they panic.
Then when they say "show me the scanned copy of the payment slip", instead show them pictures of nude girls.
