I see the Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is starring in the new Baywatch movie. I have a feeling this movie is going to be a disaster. Pamela Anderson's character C. J. Parker is going to be played by Sports Illustrated model Kelly Rohrbach so I may just have to check it out.
I think this movie is going to be a bigger disaster than I first anticipated. They've dug up the original star of the show to be in the movie. No way would California employ a 64 year old lifeguard.
You must either be a millenial baby or live in a cave. David Hasslehoff was a superstar in the 80's and 90's with KnightRider and Baywath, his face was everywhere.
Along with Pamela Anderson who is also in the new move David Hasselhoff was the face of the show and having him in the 2017 remake I presume will attract the fans from the original series. I bet balthiersbit had a poster of Hasselhof on her bedroom wall.
I think they're hoping there are a lot of people who like explosions and women. I mean there are, but they are probably the only things people will like about the movie.

It's one of those movies that I won't go out of my way to watch but if there's nothing else on TV and it's on I may give it a go to pass the time. No way am I paying to see it at the cinema.
If they want to attract an audience they just need to put Kelly Rohrbach in just about every scene; little clothing on. And some guy so it isn't seen as sexist. If they don't they're screwed. Another trash remake.
