Ok so back on topic.. I watched the movie. IMAX 3D as well (I don't get to the movies often and a couple of friends were up for a trip)
It was good, I thought, probably better than the first. Lots of good gags and some great 'historical' references (70's, 80's and more). As well as the over the top action.

I LOVED THIS MOVIE! SO MUCH MORE THAN THE FIRST!!!
Kurt Russell has a main part in the film
Sly is more a cameo role.
Now seeing as I saw this in spanish I cant believe how much I loved this film. Drax was hilarious!
Groot just made me want to adopt him immediately. Unfortunately the story was spoilt for me as my fella knew the essential parts from comics but it was fine. I enjoyed it more.
The film flowed nicely, the humour was slap bang right on. There didnt seem that many unessential scenes like you get a lot in Marvel movies. My only complaint was how it ended. That is it. When I know everyone has seen it I will discuss why.

I probably agree with you on the ending. depending on your reasons, but yes it could have been better.
