I'm wondering on here how many topics you can make a day. On gamespot, I could only make one topic, but the rules thread said I could make 5 topics. I created a thread about me falling off a skateboard and receiving a mole on my right leg, on Monday. But when I went to go make another thread, it said I couldn't. Please help. Also my account is 4 years old, but you need 10 posts in order to post a topic?

There is a quota. Only 1 topic per day for new members (1 week, 10 posts). 20 for everyone else. Seems to work to reduce the spam.
But regardless of limits if anyone starts abusing the board and posting too much junk then posts will be deleted and accounts will be hammered.

Yep. Sometimes posts that have images or links get referred for moderation (a message I sent you got referred because it had a pic of cake lol). So an Admin has to approve it, and they're not online 24/7.

I don't think regular Admin can approve things. I think it's only the big 3.
