Rowlet wasn't bad, his final form is admittedly pretty edgy and cool, but Rowlet was still the least intriguing baby form.
And Sobble could redeem himself slightly with final evo.

I saw a video by the Lockstin and Gnoggin group talking about possible Galarian forms, like Water Arcanine and Fighting Alakazam. Seemed like a fair theory.

I can't see them bringing back Megas at this point. Or Regional Forms.

I think you're right. We're stuck with something new every gen now. Not really happy about that, now it's just an excuse to rerun all the mainstream Pokemon, yuck.

I guess they wanna try and keep things fresh. But I agree, I would like to see some concepts stick too.

Since I'm a Gen 6/7 Pokemon fan (as far as when I joined the series) I just don't appreciate Gen 1 as much so the constant favoritism for the generation as far as representation in Pokken Tournament, Smash Bros, and candidacy for Mega evolution or such. I just wish more Gen 4s had a chance to get Mega evolutions because there are some that really needed it. When will my Cherrim get love?

I have a feeling Gen 4 Remakes will come next year or Spring 2021. When they do, call it intuition, but I have a thought that Distorted Forms will be created or Shadow Pokemon will finally come. Seems right when you consider Giratina.

EVERYONE wants 4th Gen Remakes. O.O
I have a weird feeling that the Cover Legend for Sword/Shield could be the same Pokemon but with Version Exclusive Forms. That would be different.

Kinda like an Aegislash thing... where it can attack and defend but is focused on one or the other. Checks out.
Hopefully the 3rd legend isn't the next Zygarde. Giratina, Kyurem, and Necrozma were hype 3rd legends, but Zygarde got lost even though he's super cool. Hopefully a Gen 6 remake helps him out someday (still a bit sad that it got forgotten). 3rd legends tend to be my favorites tbh.

Exactly. Sword Wolf or Shield Wolf. One more offensive while the other more defensive.
