Cannot perform Jax's 1st fatality in MK Trilogy succcessfully??!

I have PS1 Console &, i'm playing MK Trilogy Currently with "Jax", the problem is, i've gone through all the walk through game guide/FAQ's of MK Trilogy for Jax's 1st Fatality, there is many opinions on how to perform it &, i don't know which is the correct Fatality code for it?!!, here are the possibilities;

Code# 1:- Hold Block, Up, Down, Forward, Up, Release Block(Close).
Code# 2:- Hold Block, Up, Up, Down, Forward, Up, Block(Close).
Code# 3:- Up, Up, Down, Forward, Up, Block(Close)[No need to use Block].
Code# 4:- Up, Down, Forward, Up, Block(Close)[No need to use Block].

which of these codes is the right one??!, because i've tried them all, none of them worked with me successfully???!!, i'm confused now, which one of them is the right code for Playstation???, please i need help
