What are you into nowadays?

Work, I have bills to pay. I can't believe that it is this hard to become a full adult. Can I just go back to me being a kid?

As much as i want to go out, I can't. Most of the times I am on the internet. Quite toxic though.

I finished the uni week today and from next week all classes with 40 or more people enrolled have been moved online. So 2/3 of my classes are technically online now, however for one class we have been given permission to go to the lecture room while he live streams the lecture...lol.

I also got a haircut, as precaution in case we ever go into lockdown, since a haircut is not a "necessity".

Apart from that, I usually follow as many sports as I can. You can't usually get me away from them... But many are cancelled or in the offseason. Thankfully the NFL offseason is happening so I can look at the draft lead up, and both of Australia's main 2 sports are still being played.

I've always loved sports, I closely follow the UFC, Boxing, and NFL.

To revive a dead thread... I'm addicted to Hollyoaks at the moment. Not so much the newer episodes, but more the ones from 2005/2006.

I've been doing a lo of uni work. It's the final working week, and then exams are 2 weeks after that. Apart from that, it's been the usual. Although I did promise some old online friends that I'd get a Switch at some point. Not sure whether I will get it soon though.

I don't really see the attraction with the Switch if I'm honest. Not really interested in the games that are out at the moment.

For ages I told myself I wouldn't get one. But the new Animal Crossing came out 2 months ago, and I got in touch with some old ACNL friends by accident, and they persuaded me to consider getting one. There's also the new Pokemon game, since I really liked the 2 games I've played in the past. Amazingly though, I'm not interested in the Smash Bros. However that may change. I've made a point not to watch any of the Switch game trailers.

So turns out the one thing I thought I could rely on escapism for (Hollyoaks)...

If you google "Hollyoaks", the usually over-dramatic headlines on the crap websites aren't actually being over-dramatic.

Yes. 20 seasons is incorrect - they run by years (25 years). It's actually closer to drama than soap for a number of reasons (storyline content, usage of non-diegetic music, actually uses proper camera angles).
