Including images of all Pokemon, Galarian Forms, Galarian Evolutions, Gigantamax Forms, and Legendary Trio Forms. We also know the 321 Legacy Pokemon that made the cut. Really the only New Pokemon we aren't aware of are the Post Game Legends (if there are any) and the Mythical Pokemon (that will one day come through Wi-Fi Events).
And the Pokemon Company wanted to keep things hush-hush so players could discover all of this as they play the games. lol

Dynamax makes your pokemon HUGEEEE and unlocks new abilities, so Razor Leaf is replaced by a generic Grass move for example. It also drastically increases their stats and some pokemon also look far different to what they previously did.
