rock smash and more importantly strength

rocksmash- after you beat the e4, and strentgh is in the wardens house after you give him the gold teeth

To get rock smash you need to go to the spa in mt.ember and talk to the old man standing by one of the spas.
And to get strength just do the same as bleepman said.

Rock Smash-on One Island (After you beat blaine)you have to surf up and go through Kindle Road the entrance to Ember Spa is shortly after the two people who look like they are ramming against each other. talk to the old guy and he will give you Rock Smash

Streingth-same way bleepman said

Strength:get the gold teeth in the third section of the safari zone and take them to the warden at his house
Rock Smash: one one island (u wont be able to go to there if u havent beat blain of the 7th gym) but after accesing the first three islands go to the first and surf up kindle road until u encounter two karate guys runing at each other(the first time i saw them i thought that they were trying to beat the crap out of each other) if u notice at the top of the screen there is a cave enterence enter it go up the ramp and first youl see a lady then youll see a man talk to the old man and viola u got it
