The answer for your question is quite simple. you first see if there is a line at the top of the forum where it says apply for moderator. but you can only most likely become mod if you post a lot in that forum. then you wait a couple of days and see if they sent you an email saying if you were accepted or rejected.

Then here it would say apply for a Moderator
But dont just apply because you want to be one you have to apply becuase you want to help keep the forum clean and not just so you could get in the staff fourm.There are some Moderator that did that.
