i have never. my dad has put so much crap on the CPU that the couldnt even try.

My computer had a virus that sent my passwords to random strangers, I think it's the "Trojan Horse" virus. A real pain in the backside as I had to change ALL my passwords!

Yeah, sounds like you've got a lot of Firewalls on that computer! My one has anti-virus and half the time that doesn't work.

AVG, version 6.0 I think. It can test my computer but does nothing about the viruses, I guess that's what we get for having the free version.
