So what are we doing,starting from scratch or just building off of the other team?

Not trying to usurp anyone's power but you might want to revamp the rank system in this team and maybe set aside a few spots for people to watch over the team itself to prevent arguements from within the team."A team divided within itself can not stand"or something like that.Just some ideas.

I know but you aren't on all the time plus it's sort of a division of power.Preventive measures. Plus you need to give full discriptions of what rank can do what it can't do.

Thats my job but they are ideas to keep in mind that way there will be ways to keep out fighting from within. And also a way to keep people from being able to acuse you or anyone esle of abuseing your power.

Ok well your the leader, but remeber this"Just as a troop can reflect badly on a leader, a leader can reflect badly on a troop."Sorry for the military lingo but it means that even though these accusitions or on you they can also reflect badly on the team(trust me I learned this lesson the hard way.Also note that as leader you will be held up on a higher standard. Sorry snapping back to being in the military(rank was Sgt)
