Well, besides some extra enemies, spiked balls, and the need for mor mid-air light dashes and switches, it's pretty easy.

i beat super hard mode with no trouble, in fact....it was easier than the normal game.

it's a mode desinged to test your skills with a harder version of Team Sonic's story mode.
