First off you need to lay off the on putting on all caps. Second if you completed the game on 18/12/04 I would assume you know what to do after you get done with Breaking The Bank At Caligu's.......

If you want to gain a area of turf easier, than do the following.
Find a pool, or lake, or any other body of water, within the flashing area. Swim under water, than re-surface. The turf should be yours.
