When and where does Gray's Purple heart event take place?

At the Inn from say 6-9
I did it at 7 exactly
Say that he is great
Blue heart rocks, you don't have to do anything, just go outside when you wake up
And say you like Jewelry....
and yellow is at the Blacksmith shop in the morning (before gray gets off work at 1pm)

It is at doug's Inn at about5-9pm,and you have to choose the option that he is great,then he'll say thanks,but he still has a long way to go

Yea, but just make sure that you did the black heart event; you can't do the purple heart event until you did the black.
