out of the 142 crystals, i have 137. i done all the races,time trials,crashinators etc. i cant find 5 crystals in the story mode. i bought all the crystals in midway, and the levels, and i found all the reasonably easy ones to find that are hidden. where are the "hard to find" crystals in the levels?
