I suggest a guide or something mate. Getting 100 hidden packages without help will be an achievement. You seem to have no clue about their whereabouts, try searching supercheats for a map of hidden packages... could help.

get an ambulance (spelling??) and make it face the rubbish tip thingy. reverse so the back wheels go onto the wallbehind you. you can go onto the roof of it and jump onto the gas station.
