And Pokemon Maker is a site that you get pokemon codes for your cheat device GameShark or Action Replay... you make your own pokemon by giving it special moves that it can't even learn or anything else you want, even make them shiny!

I'm not for sure because i don't live in Canada... but i know there well more priced higher than here in the US... i think maybe...

Action Replay :: 35-44+ Bucks
GameShark :: 8-26+ Bucks

Just a guess, goto your local stores website and look them up or goto ebay.com and get one.
