all sima yi and zhuge liang did was think out stradegy and anyway on wu zhang plains zhuge liang died because of illness.

Yeah he died of illness but the cause of that illness was the pressure and burden that was being put on his back of being the one who has to outsmart Sima Yi and defeat Wei, which he didn't anyway.
