he has water pulse from winning area 2 and i was wondering if there is anyway of learning surf with it. pleez help!
i have an UNBEATABLE RECORD of no loses and this many wins in my poke games:

trade to your GBA teach it surf then trade back. Also, I've beaten Emerald Elite Four 53 times in a row(without losing) and my Sapphire 46 times.

they re cool, except waterpulse is a stronger move for XD cause the power of surf is divided between the two opposing pokemn so it becomes 45 instead of 90 or whatever it is.

yes it is, but you don't want to run the risk of confusing a Shadow Suicune with Water Pulse, now do you? You've gone through all the trouble! (okay, mebbe I'm deviating, Suicune is in Colosseum)
