Well last night i had all my songs on itunes( 191 songs) but i just found out , for some strange reason, they all went away! im putting them back on now, but has this happened to anybody else?

hmm... i once lost about 10 songs, maybe 15, coz i deleted the tracks off the hard drive, thinking they were now hosted by itunes, but it said it couldnt locate my tracks.

Thats never happened to me. I use windows media player. I like it alot better. I got 147 songs saved in my library and none of them went away.

Yeah, it always happens. Restart the comp, if it doesn't work, locate itunes and re-format it.

I dont know what itunes are but i use windows media player i have like 200 or 250 songs on it nothing happens with out me doing it

happened to me a few times, with realplayer, i lost an entire SOAD album that i saved, had to re-save it.

All my songs are on iTunes, and nothing of the sort has happened to me. But when I put B.Y.O.B. on once before it was all jumpy.

Never happened to me,but I have loads of songs on itunes and for some strage reason all the ones that I had that were not original copys lined themselves out!!! (lined them selves out--went in order like all the ones went with the ones..twos with the twos etc)

Sounds scary... Never happened to me... Glad too, as it has taken me ages to set up... And I've not even put all my CDs on it yet.
You could always backup the files somewhere in case this happens again, then it is just a matter of moving your backed up folders back into itunes via Internet Explorer.
