create a move for any pokemon
write what its called, type it is, pp, power, accuracy,
and a description

ie:

hyperbeam
normal
5pp
150power
100accuracy
a powerful attack that leaves the user helplss next turn

this will be my attack:

soundwave
normal
15pp
85power
--accuracy
an unevadable sound attack that wakes up all sleeping pokemon but
does x2 damage to sleeping foes

dont do stupid attacks like this

kill
dragon
40pp
--power
--accuracy
an attack that kills all foes instantly without missing

cause thats just stupid

like most moves it must have some weakness in accuracy, power, or otherwise

ie:

how hyperbeam makes you helpless next turn

have fun :D

Ultima:
Type: Normal
Power: 120
PP: 10
Accuracy: 100
Description: Green crystal stars are blasted at the opponent. Once they contact they explode into a huge ball of green flame. SOMETIMES effects Ghosts.
Good: Can even sometimes effect Ghosts. Very powerful.
Bad: Not very effective on Rock and Steel types. Doesn't always effect Ghosts.

I'm finished here...

I'd just like to point out that most of the moves here are way overpowered compared to real moves. I will now list why.

Soundwave: Even ignoring the 2x against sleeping foes, there are no surefire hit moves with more than 60 power. This has 85. Swift, Aerial Ace, Shadow Punch... all have only 60 power, and no special effect.

ThunderBeam: Just like no always hit move has a power of higher than 60, no OHKO move has an accuracy of higher than 30. Oh, and no move has less than 5PP.

Sacrifice: Anyone who doesnt see why this is overpowered has not played enough.

Energyfield: Oh, come on. Blocks all attacking moves for 2-4 turns? This is another one where it should be obvious why this is overpowered. Also, all moves have a type, no exceptions.

Energyforce: Once again, let's compare this to similar moves already in existance. Seismic Toss and Night Shade. Both only do damage equal to the user's level, and both have a type that is immune to it. A move which does 200 damage every single time, no exceptions, is way overpowered. And again, all moves have a type.

Ultima: Let us again compare this to a similar move already around. Double-Edge. This move is identical to it, except there is no recoil and it can hit ghosts. Overpowered? You decide.

Thunderstorm is the only move here which isn't overpowered, as it can hit the user as well.

Oohhh, I got burned... oh wait, no I didnt.

Curse is a ghost type move, and I only play in serious battles against other players, meaning all pokemon are at level 100.

Why dont you think before you post.

Psionic Shockwave: More powerful than Psychic, with the same effect, plus inflicts parafusion in one move. What fun.

Blood Suck: Twice as powerful as the most powerful draining move in the game, and takes ALL the hp dealt? Not to mention the possibility of poison... I swear.

I dont see why you bothered to say not to make stupid attacks like Kill, considering almost every attack posted is grossly overpowered anyways. I'd think half the fun would be making moves while paying attention to the limitations set. And just to stay on topic, I'll make a couple moves myself.

Name: Trample
Type: Normal
Power: 30
Accuracy: 90
PP: 20
Effect(s): An attack that lasts 5 turns with rising intensity.

Name: Heat-up
Type: Fire
Power: --
Accuracy: 100
PP: 20
Effect(s): Stores heat inside the user so a fire move used the next turn will deal 2x damage.

100 accuracy saying that if the foe used an accuracy lowering move like sand attack it could accidently make the user miss like focusing your energy may accidently slip outta your mind and focus someone elses energy
shouldnt it be -- accuracy not 100. also it could hapen in a sandstorm while a sandslash maybe is attacking you whilst it has a sand veil effect that it might miss inside your body??? do the math

First, there are no pokemon with Sand Veil that would learn the move anyways. Second, It is basically a fire version of the move Charge, which, feel free to check, has 100 accuracy. Dont talk about things that you dont know about.

Sound Wave: Better.

Blood Suck: Still overpowered. Draining moves take 1/2 of the damage they deal, and draining is a powerful enough effect in itself, especially considering the power of the move.

Energyforce: Better.

Energyfield: A detect/protect type move should not last longer than the turn it is used.

Sacrifice: Still somewhat overpowered, but better than before.

Deflect: Cool.

Dragonmind: Way overpowered.

Stun Jolt: Cool.

Oh, and FYI, Curse is a ghost type move. Research it yourself if you want, or I can give you links, but you are wrong about it not having a type.

Fine, I will try to ignore the dual type move with a 80% burn rate and a high CH move with 120 power.

Oh, and ralf, not only would that be mod abuse, but you dont mod in this forum anyways.
