My most feared are:
Leather Head(Male & Female)
The bugs in the sewer in the castle(I don't know why they creep me out...they just do...)
Dogs(Same reason as Riku994)
Gigantic Chainsaw guy on mercinarys(who wouldn't be freaked out...)

I'm also freaked out by the regenerators, especially on pro. mode.

yeah thoughs regenerators are wicked creepy, especially when there aorund a corner and u cant see them but you can hear them breathe heavily

lol thats funny hand cannon the monster i hate the most i fear none is the dude with the gatling gun you have to run him around then snipe him in the head over and over before he shoots you and takes out 1/3-1/2 of your health but he has never killed me i'm to fastly crazy for him XD

I would say both the dogs and the regenerators. The dogs because when you happen to be running through the maze, a dog all of a sudden jumps out of nowhere and attacks you, I just hate when that happens. Also the regenerators because if they get too close to you they almost EAT YOU WHOLE!! It just freaks me out.

scariest is probably the vilagers with chainsaws and bandages on there face and the monks(just there voices it creeps me out!)
