i saw this on emerald and thought i might add it here
all you have to do is create a pokeball
RULES:
1.) consider the fact that the masterball is the best pokeball ever and nothing surpass it thats why you only get one and have a 1/100000 chance for the lottery
2.) dont make 'superball' can catch every pokemon and makes shiny encounter rate increase and can catch trainers pokemon
heres mine:
seismoball
works well on heavy pokemon
viroball
works well on poisoned pokemon
statball
works better when pokemon has changed stats

that is rather stupid because its a master ball but you need 2 to catch any pokemon
