I've noticed here on Supercheats that few people seem to know about these. So here I am to show a couple of them. I just made this Supercheats bar a few minutes ago (though I was lacking the right program). It will be improved later. There are also 2 bars in my sig.

I still think these bars (in general) suck and nobody will convince me to use them...I rather have a big signature.

Yeah they're small, but you can use them to show what group you belong to, or what you're a fan or user of. They can be animated or not, which is quite cool.

My bars in my sig were not made to consider each other, so that is why the colors may not match.

User-bars are only used in packs or in combination with banners....a single user-bar is generally not used in a signature.
