How do I change the e-mail address which notifications are sent to?

I was wondering how to change the e-mail address which notifications from this website are sent to. I need to edit my profile but when I've tried I haven't gotten an e-mail so that I can change it. Can someone please help me? Thanks!

Go on 'Edit Details' next to 'Pick Avatar', then go down until you see the emial part. Delete your current one and change it to your new one.

Okay, maybe I'm blind because I'm just not seeing my e-mail address. All I see is:

And all the Platforms
Am I looking in the wrong place?

I think u must be blind, lol. Its between the member since and the Date of Birth.

Is there a way someone can just change the date of birth for me so that I don't have to deal with this e-mail stuff? If someone could that would be great because then I could actually have a signature! (Since the date of birth is wrong, it appears that I am younger than 13 so it won't let me make a signature, when in all reality I am actually 15!) Thanks!
