trial and error my friend...trial and error...it took me a week and a half to S-rank that jerkoff the first time...and when I pulled it off...I slapped myself for not trying that tactic sooner...

Use DarkChips on those it will be easier to get a S Rank on Busting LVL. But don't use those until you get the Dark License program. This program allows megaman use DS,Dark,and Evil Chips in the form that megaman will not be tainted by Darkness and it allows the no lose hp if you accidentally use a Dark chip!!! The trouble of getting this program is using an E-Reder for GBA cartiches. I had one because I sold it with all of my cards for mmbn4 and mmbn5 try finding it.

The only possible way to get an S-Rank against Forte AKA Bass, is on the Evil mode, y'all know those chips are stronger as ****, that's how I get it when I used to play it on my old GBA, or if you're playining it into your PC, just search the Gameshark code for always obtain an S-Rank while battle.
