How can you seriously get 1.24 on figure 8 circuit

dunno, i think it's impossible. i used the ROB-BLS to get my 1:30

i've had the game for 5 days now but the best i can get so far on figure 8 is 1.37 with yoshi in egg 1. (i have unlocked all the karts but i just like egg 1 the best.)
