it might be reading a certain book,listening to a particular noise,anything you do to relax and calm down
i like to listen to(or anything that sounds like)waterfalls,the noise is pretty relaxing.

i eather make graphics, lay in my room listeining to Dazed and Confused or any other (relaxing) Zeppelin song, i play drums a lot to relax myself, even though that may seem weird or i work out in front of the TV or something.
