By training. You can go to some areas where the Pok�mon are at higher levels (e.g. Sky Pillar), or face the Elite Four. Probably the best two ways to do it.

This is an Emerald forum. In Emerald, the Pokemon in the Sky Pillar are weaker. Train in Victory Road, Artisan Cave (Battle Frontier), or the Elite 4 (including the Gym Leaders).

if one of your pokemon catch the pokerus it will help
if you want more info go to serebii.net on the left near the top it will say game mechanics go to it and a bunch of stuff will come up go to where it says quick(it means quick training guide)if that doesn't help just ask again

Pokerus is a virus your Pokemon can contract. There's only a very small chance of it happening, but if it does the stat gaining of that Pokemon will be significantly larger than before. Also, if I recall, it can spread to the other pokemon in your team/in the box that it is in. The virus isn't permanent, however, and it will go away eventually. The best way to counteract this is to stick an infected pokemon in a box, as the pokerus does not leave the pokemon if it's in one.

Train at the Pokemon League, that's where I train.

oh one more thing is there a sign on the pokeball that shows the pokemon has pokerus my friend has a pokeball thats black on the dot where it white is it a glich or pokerus

Yeah.

After the pokemon loses the virus, that black dot means they can't get it again. So get crackin'!
