i'm up to the quest "harlems watch" how you need to go down to the swampy cave and kill all the trolls and look for the lost people, and i have killed all the trolls and it says i should look for some clues and when i got to the green marker the eduard guy isnt there, theres jsut a bunch of skeletons and dead zombies. i think my game has got some glitch in it or something.
please help :D

If I know which quest you are talking about then kill all of the zombies and skeletons. Then look for the guy. I forget if the guy will be dead of alive but anyway, I don't think I helped because it is pretty easy. Also, you should post something like this as a question.

There has been a number of glitches in Oblivion. And more are discovered every day. . .But the only way to fix some glitches is to restart the entire game. . .

I think it is the right button on the top. It is above the right trigger, what would you call that? Anyway, get your crosshairs on a dead person and pull that and hold it and you can drag people.

Let me see if I can't find a walkthrough for it.

This quest seems simple enough. Talk to Burz gro-Khash in Cheydinhal and he will direct you to Harlun's Watch. Talk to the Drarana Thelis and then head down to the cave. Make sure you equip your Daedric, Enchanted or Silver Weapons for this part. You get to take on three Will-o-the-Wisps. Now if you are a magic user you will find it difficult to hit these things. Don't worry just keep running away, stopping and when they reappear, hit em' with whatever's your most powerful spell. And for you melee users, you have to follow a similar tactic. After running away from these guys and stopping you will notice a peculiar sound right before they attack you: make sure you back away from them after this sound is made. Before that, hit em with everything you got. It is important to walk backwards and swing (NO power swings mind you that small delay WILL get you killed), and then when they attempt an attack run, this way you conserve fatigue and can deal damage to em. Try and work on one at a time. This is much more efficient, however, very difficult to do since they disappear and reappear a lot. After you kill them head into the cave.
From the cave entrance, the left passage leads to a chest which contains a leveled heavy armor helmet with leveled Detect Life. At level 47, I got a Daedric Helmet with Detect Life 105 ft. The cave is populated with trolls so stay on your toes. After you find the Denile, clear the rest of the cave of trolls. Return to the village and speak to Drarana Thelis. Return to Burz to complete the quest.
Unfortunately...there is a bug in the quest.
If you have previously cleared out the Swampy Cave, the body of Eduard Denile will not appear at the quest marker, and you will be stuck. One way around this is to go to Chorrol and talk to Modryn Oreyn and continue with the next quest, infiltrating the Blackwood Company. However, you will never complete this quest, and you will skip this advancement. So you will eventually complete the Fighter's Guild questline without ever obtaining the Champion rank.
But if you have Xbox Live you can download a patch to solve this.

Yeah, that happened to my friend too, he had been in Swampy Cave before Mystery At Harluns Watch and Eduard or whats-his-name wasnt there.
