Admins have a special power that lets them view other's IP's. If they match, that means they came from the same computer.....thus meaning, they are from the same person. They're basically like Gods over us.

There is nothing wrong with multiple accounts, but it's wrong if people start messing about with them to be able to get away with flaming and spamming or other violations (like KOG did).

Create multiple accounts if you want... But don't try to deceive us by having conversations with yourself etc... Or trying to pass off your same accounts as someone else... You'll just get banned.
