Dragon Arena. For saibamen, beat Nappa when he breaks in. For Cell jr. beat Picclo when he breaks in.

To get those fight you need to battle lvl 32 Videl and lvl 66 Tien...uh and keep fighting them till Nappa and Picollo break-in...

92% or so, I'd check, but my dad took away my memory card, wires that you hook in the back of your PS2 to the TV, and my controlers. Even my back-up one, my gamemaster controler wheel-a-ma-bob.

I have it...I have 100%. You can also unlock it in DA, but you have to be patient - just like you have to be in the Shop.
