I noticed as I checked the Pok�mon Ruby page that all of the questions for that game had gone, and I see no explanation for it. Was it purged or is this an error?

Hmm.. Thanks for pointing that out - We'll be finding out where those questions have gone and putting them back shortly. We have backups if the original is lost.

Oh yeah talking about this Dingo_dile told me that all the hints on Sonic Heroes for PS2 disappeared.Could these disappearances be linked?

It is to do with the new submissions system - We are hoping to put everything back together today sometime. The data is there, it just needs to be put back in the right place.
