Pokemon modifiers change the pokemon you find in the wild.

FYI: I only have an AR. If you're using GS then completely ignore what I say.

For Pokemon Sapphire, you need a different (M) Code than the normal one.

As for masterballs, here is the code:
C674B60F
B309F994
that should work. They'll appear in the first slot of the Pokeballs pocket.

He didn't say wether he had an AR or a GS. I'm pretty sure there are codes for the AR that give you all b@lls at max, but not just one. It is availiable in the AR code section of this game.

Do you have the right (M)code? I'm quite sure the (M)code for items, etc. and the (M)code for wild Pokémon modifyers are different.

Which device do you have? They may have the same codes but if not know I speak from an AR standpoint.

You should probably try the teleport codes, that telelport you to the islands they're on.

<.< Once again, another feature in Pokémon Emerald, but not in Sapphire.

Navel Rock, FarAway Island, and Birth Island aren't in Sapphire. Southern Island, however, is.
