i just got the game and how do u unlock other cars? Do u have to beat bosses? and when ur in a race and the cops r after u can u have ur blocker block them?

Cop ??- no actuly you don't. they split.
Car unlock??-you can unlock some by captureing teritories, beating bosses, and smply progressing through career.
